Nowadays,the products of most traditional manufacturing industries such as steam distribution,home appliances and textiles are very serious and the products are oversupplied.In order to solve the common problems,the enterprise must make clear operation strategy and policy and the flexible management strategy needs to be able to cope with all kinds of random changes of the global market environment.It is no longer to rely on artificial and asymmetric competitive intelligence.Now we need real-time data statistics analysis and fast decision-making tools to assist management technology.This is the profound significance of information construction in the era of Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and the Internet.Chinese enterprise informatization started late.And today there are still some small and medium-sized enterprises relying on staff for sales,procurement,inventory,production,financial data manual statistics.Big workload,low efficiency and high error rate phenomenon leads to lots of problems.For example,the company can't finish the customer delivery.The inventory backlog is very serious and takes up a lot of money.And there are many risk in management and internal and external control,contributing to the development bottlenecks of enterprise.In this article,the basic theory of enterprise strategy and information strategy and the relationship between the two was adequately described.Combined with the enterprise for the company's overall strategy of HuaWei,the macro environment of battery industry was analyzed using PEST analysis method.The micro environment of HuaWei company was analyzed using the porter five force model.And the unique advantages and disadvantages of the company in the customers,suppliers' bargaining power,competitors and alternatives were obtained.At the same time,according to the different strategic model of the future enterprise strategy of Warwick company,the information strategy which is matched with the enterprise strategy was made to clarify the height and status of the informatization in the enterprise strategy.Finally,through the business layer,financial layer and technical layer of the informationization strategy of HuaWei company,the information demand situation,economic feasibility analysis and implementation strategy of the company are analyzed.After the informatization strategy execution of Huawei company landed,the company's business,operations,organization structure,business processes,product research and development and the manufacturing process of disruptive would change greatly,creating a modern enterprise featured with digital,intelligent and physical,Internet,collaborative and virtual visualization.At the same time,I hope that through information technology strategy examples of Huawei Power Technology,it will bring some reference to the battery industry.
