With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,mobile communication has played an indispensable role in people's daily life,and people's demand for data transmission rate has been increasing.The LTE-A system came into being.LTE-A is the evolution and enhancement of LTE,with LTE-A providing higher peak rates and spectral efficiencies.At present,there are few articles on the research and design of LTE-A mobile phone RF circuits,especially for the system design and performance testing of the entire terminal RF circuit.Therefore,this dissertation successfully designs the RF circuit of LTE-A handset terminal by combining 3GPP's specification requirements of the radio part of LTE-A mobile handset,and carries out matching debugging and calibration test by vector network analyzer and comprehensive tester respectively.First of all,this paper introduces the main features of LTE-A system and several key technologies in detail.Then it explains the structure and advantages and disadvantages of radio frequency transceivers and introduces the RF transceiver performance guidelines specified by 3GPP.Then MediaTek MT6176 chip is used as a design platform to elaborate the design process of the power amplification circuit,filter circuit,RF switch circuit,power detection circuit and RF chip peripheral circuit of the mobile phone RF system,and through the CST and ADS simulation software.Cosimulation of RF matching circuits results in an optimal matching circuit and reduces the debugging cycle.This article also analyzes and evaluates the two key indicators of the maximum transmit power and receive sensitivity of the RF transceiver system through the link budget.The budget results meet the design requirements.After the entire RF circuit system is designed and implemented,the load-pull technology and LNA's optimal noise impedance characteristics are used to debug and optimize the matching circuits of the transmit channel and the receive channel,respectively,to ensure that the RF performance is optimal and stable.As well as automatic frequency control,transmission power control and receiving path loss calibration of the radio frequency circuit of the whole machine,the radio frequency indicators between different complete units have higher consistency.Finally,according to the 3GPP test specifications and index requirements,the key indicators of the main research frequency band in the mobile phone RF system are tested.The test results show that the channel in the frequency band CA1A3A has a sensitivity of-99.8 dBm and-97 dBm in the 20 MHz bandwidth and the QPSK modulation mode,respectively.And Band3 channel in the 10 MHz bandwidth,the maximum transmit power under QPSK modulation mode is 23.46 dBm and 23.01 dBm,while also other key indicators were tested in detail,the test results fully meet 3GPP standards.
