The development of RF amplifier technology greatly changed human society production and the exchange of learning way,along with the continuously with the traditional process of mutual integration,it had been used in the medical field.This paper to design a high power adjustable multiple RF amplifier circuit,is using radio frequency power amplification technology to the development of a new type of medical rehabilitation equipment research.The design of multi-channel adjustable high power RF amplifier circuit,and has high power,high gain,high efficiency,high power capacity,meet at the end of the amplifier gain is not less than 23 dB,the overall output close to 300 W,the system overall efficiency is not less than 35% of the design requirements.The successful implementation of the RF amplification technique is a useful exploration in the medical field.The research results have high practical value and theoretical significance in the application of improving medical rehabilitation and expanding RF amplification technology.The specific research work as follows:(1)The research results of current radiofrequency medical care,combined with the requirements of medical application and the setting of RF amplification,have been developed to develop a research plan for this design.Based on the input and output signal power quantitative requirements,select the appropriate power amplification circuit(chip)topology structure,and on the basis of both efficiency and technical reserves,choose the right way to work.(2)In order to satisfy the requirement of the low frequency of the RF power,the design of the component parts of the power amplifier circuit is chosen.Refer to instructions on the use of the power amplification device,measure the appropriate dc working point,on the premise of guarantee the system stability,the bias circuit structure and parameter of design research.(3)According to the theoretical analysis of the scheme,with the aid of Smith chart adopts load drawing technology,it is concluded that the capacity of the power amplifier in access to different in the overall efficiency,power gain,power capacity and other differences,find out the best impedance value.The matching design of the load impedance network and source impedance network of the RF power amplifier is carried out by the radio frequency simulation software ADS.By means of the adjustment of the circuit structure and part parameters optimization,with the method of harmonic balance,the system circuit simulation test show that performance indexes meet the design expectations.(4)Combined with the theoretical knowledge of power distributors,the method of transmission line transformer is used to design the implementation.The detailed parameters of power allocator are calculated by using the theoretical analysis of transmission line transformer and the reference of relevant formula.Using the ADS software platform to validate the design requirements.
