One convertor system for receiving and transmitting is discussed in the thesis. Under present mature wireless communication criterion and technology and perfect wireless communication equipment the system is designed to convert the transmission frequency, which is established for rapid speed, long distance, secrecy wireless communication channels. It can resolve the wireless connection of the communication equipments, which includes any kinds of data and sound equipments.Firstly the thesis describes the general situation of mobile communication and the significance of the system. Then the thesis analyses the convertor system, distributes the key technical indexes and designs the scheme.The third chapter analyses the key technology of the low noise amplifier and designs the low noise amplifier. Around 410MHz the low noise amplifier has 17dB gain and -20dB reflection coefficient.The fourth chapter analyses the key technology of the power amplifier and designs the power amplifier. Around 410MHz the power amplifier has 16dB power gain and 3W output power.The fifth chapter describes the components of the phase-locked loop and designs the low noise phase-locked loop. The phase-locked loop has -87dBc/Hz@10KHz phase noise.The sixth chapter designs the UHF-band filter and the S-band filter. From 370MHz to 450MHz the UHF-band filter has 0.5dB insert loss and -25dB reflection coefficient. From 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz the S-band filter has 0.5dB insert loss and -15dB reflection coefficient.Finally the thesis describes the assembly of the convertor system of receiving and transmitting, factures and tests the module. The system can transmit for 3 kilometers with 1.5Mbps data.
