Along with the increasingly widespread way into people's work and life, human-computer interaction becomes more and more important. This trend becomes an indispensable factor for efficiency of work and the quality of life. As an important aspect of the ergonomics, the human-computer interactions are being used in vast sum of products. One is IT products; the other is to software interface. However, human-computer interaction researches haven't been keeping pace with the development of software technology. The main performance is that design are usually handled by the programmers due to the fact that traditional software engineers lack professional training in designing interaction which might result in apart from the function, the majority of products are lack of usability, aesthetics, fault tolerance. This paper researches and analyzes the existing model of human-computer interaction, as well as discuss in depth the key problems:"Task-Centered System Design"model only focuses on functional task, and ignore the importance and ease to use software during the use of software, which dwindles"User Centered Design"has developed as a limited view of design. Instead of looking at a person's entire activity, it has primarily focused upon page-by-page analysis, screen-by-screen. And error messages don't contain explanations and offer alternative ways of proceeding from the message itself. Interactive methods can't improve effectively.Aiming the existing problems in the active design model, this paper puts forward a User Using Centered Design model by combing the user-centered and task-centered models, and introducing the latitude process mode and hierarchy classification method. The proposed model solves the problem of uncertain functional importance and no effective improvement over interactive way with respect to 3-D processes and important hierarchy classifications. Finally the paper applies the UUCD model in a case of E-government systems, proving that the proposed model can effectively support the interactive design, systematically deal with different categories of problems, and therefore provide a referenced norm for many similar human-computer interactive designs.
