With the development and change of the distribution automation and utilization intelligentization,the business in the power distribution and utilization communication network is being diversified,digitized,networked and quantized.Wireless cellular network has become one of the main communication technologies in the distribution and utilization communication network,with the advantages of low construction cost,low construction difficulty and flexible expansion.In the process of large-scale planning and optimization of wireless communication network,high energy consumption has gradually become one of the core issues.Based on the analysis of the network architecture and the demand of the distribution and utilization communication network and the establishment of the energy consumption model of the base station,the energy saving concept of the green base station is integrated into the planning and optimization process.In order to reasonably deploy the base stations in the distribution and utilization communication network,a heterogeneous wireless network planning method is proposed,which divides the planning factors into two specific kinds: positive and negative factors.The objective of this method is to select the different types of planning factors as the objectives of base station site optimization.The method considers the planning of base stations in different layers and use multi-objective genetic algorithm to solve the optimal results.This method takes the application of the grid business into account in the heterogeneous network and utilizes the overlapping coverage of the wireless network to ensure that the business can be switched to the access network of different layers freely.Thus,the reliability of the business can be guaranteed and the energy consumption is reduced.In order to reasonably optimize the coverage of the network,an optimal algorithm for coverage optimization of green base station is proposed in this thesis.The algorithm divides the coverage area of the sleeping base station into several small area blocks and uses the cooperative coverage strategy among the base stations to rationally distribute the coverage compensation area.The proposed algorithm can achieve the maximum energy saving under the premise of guaranteeing service quality and coverage service,and adaptively optimize the coverage of energy consumption according to the load situation in the area.Focusing on the application of the energy consumption saving to the planning and optimization of the distribution and utilization wireless communication network,an optimization model is established in this thesis.The result of the model is compared with other algorithm results to verify the validity of the proposed planning and optimization algorithm.
