In recent years,China's express delivery industry enters a rapid development period.With the increase of electronic commerce and network shopping,the company's business volume increases dramatically,but the service quality is poor.People hope that express posting and accepting can be finished in a short time,so delivery speed is the key to the improvement of express service.In the existing circumstances,express company can't provide service quickly when customer demand.Effectively seeking a method of express integrated information management is of great significance.Based on that,the thesis designed and implemented an express information management and optimization client based on Android.Not only can it make the customer timely submit requirements online,can also convenient courier company timely get customer needs,using vehicle routing optimization model obtain the optimal route planning.Thus the express company can get best interest on the premise of guaranteeing customer demand.Firstly,the paper introduces the thesis's background and significance,analyzes the present situation and the development trend of domestic and international express.Based on the theory and overall demand,the client can be divided into user management,sending pieces,receipt,and checking function module,etc.Then,the thesis designed three layers of C/S architecture.The client sends a request to the server through wireless network,the server is responsible for customer requests using the Servlet technology,then accesses the database using JDBC and sends the results to the client.Later,the thesis designed client's functional modules and completed them on the development platform.For whole vehicle routing optimization arrangement,the model is solved by using genetic' algorithm.Finally,the thesis tested the functionality and performance of the client.Results showed that the client can run normally,accurately realize the function and have good compatibility.The design not only can satisfy the customer to submit their service requirements timely,but also make express company access to customers' requirements,then obtain the optimal path planning using path optimization model.The client will firstly meet the needs of customer,then maximize the interests of the company,and provide the safeguard for the development of intelligent express delivery services.
