With the rapid development of e-commerce,more and more goods are purchased online by consumers.As a result,the express delivery volume of urban logistics is increasing day by day,the number and frequency of express delivery vehicles are increasing,and the driving of distribution vehicles also greatly increases the carbon emission of urban transportation.At present,in most of the second tier cities in China,except for the morning and evening peak,the passenger flow of the subway is insufficient arid the passenger flow intensity is low,all of which are below the national average value,which results in that the internal space of some subway cars cannot be fully utilized.In order to reduce the operation cost of express companies,reduce the environmental pollution caused by distribution vehicles,improve the utilization rate of subway cars,and increase the non fare revenue of subway operation companies,this paper puts forward the mode of express delivery by express companies and subway companies in the.low peak period of passenger flow.Express in the distribution center can be directly delivered by trucks to the demand point,or transported to' the beginning of subway The departure station is transported by subway to the best transfer point for transfer and distribution.Therefore,the whole process of distribution problem can be described as one level single distribution center to multi demand point,and two level multi distribution center to multi demand point.Taking the lowest total cost of express company as the objective function,this paper establishes the path optimization model of express company and Metro collaborative distribution Express.Combining the location distribution of distribution center,metro station,demand point and the express quantity of each demand point on that day,the paper selects the optimal transfer point of metro,plans the optimal distribution path of express to demand point,and designs ant colony algorithm to solve it.In the example,firstly,according 'to the passenger flow situation of Dalian metro,the paper analyzes the time period of freight logistics,the reserved space and the types of express delivery that Dalian Metro can carry out;secondly,according to the highway network,subway network and express demand station of Dalian City,the paper solves the best transfer point of the Metro when the express company and the subway cooperate in distribution,and obtains two parts:the cooperation distribution and the truck separate distribution Compared with the cost of different schemes,it can be concluded that under the mode of coordinated distribution of express company and metro,for metro company,it can bring certain non fare revenue to Metro Company.For express company,it can produce lower distribution cost,shorter driving distance of truck and less environmental pollution.Compared with separate distribution of truck,it has the advantages of low cost and environmental protection potential.
