Design And Development Of Management Platform For Express

The business volume of electronic commerce has been explosive growth in the internet era,which provides a powerful impetus to the express enterprises.Because of ascending businesses and various customer requirements,express company should enhance their ability of data collecting and analyzing,for efficiency of business processing and scientific management,in order to survive in competition.At present,unbalanced development is a serious problem for express company.Most of the companies still working in an inefficient way,which leading to a lot of problems such as inefficient routing,low effective utilization of data and poor query capability.These problems are driving down the user experience and increasing the operating costs.With the advantage of database and Internet technologies,express company can not only improve the management ability,service capabilities,but also reduces the operating costs.What's more,the individual requirements of customer could met by the multi-functional web portal.Therefore,a platform with company managing and information inquiring for express is worth to be designed and developed.Based on the development of the express company and the Information Technology,this paper design and develop a management platform for express.The major work of this paper is divided into the following parts.(1)The basic functions of the platform is been defined according to conjoint analysis the main problems of the express enterprises,the business process of the delivery service and the physical composition of express network.Through the actor division and Use Case Diagram analysis,the demand analysis of the platform and the functional analysis document is completed properly.(2)Based on the functional requirements and the usage scenarios,the B/S architecture,the LAMP development environment and the MVC mode is chose to be the development architecture of the platform.Then,the functional modules of the platform are analysed in detail by using the flow diagram and the sequence diagram,for determine the development technology and code structure.At last,using the entity-relation diagram to design the table structure and the mapping relationship of the database.(3)In order to make the code maintainable and loose coupling,the ThinkPHP framework is chose to implement the coding.And the Bootstrap technique is employed to make the web portals more artistic.Finally,the platform functions are tested by means of the test case.
