The rapid development of Internet technology has led to the continuous growth of e-commerce companies represented by Taobao and Jingdong.At the same time,e-commerce enterprises have driven logistics industry at their downstream.The business of logistics companies represented by SF Express has grown rapidly,which has brought tremendous pressure on courier services,and has caused them to fail to meet customer requirements.The improvement of working methods and work efficiency of the courier who is in the front line can improve the existing problems.Therefore,it is necessary to provide a courier with a mobile application that integrates information collection,processing,and analysis,which help decision-making when courier dispatches pieces.Firstly,the paper summarizes the limitations of handheld terminals,the lack of mobile phone applications and their functions,and organizes the basic knowledge related to system development.Combining with the status of courier dispatches,the mainstream courier dispatch software in the mobile phone application market was analyzed,and the functional requirements and data requirements for system development were proposed for the inadequacies.Secondly,detailed functional design in the Android system highlights the system's map visualization,multi-destination path planning and navigation,and statistical analysis of data.Considering the weight of express parcels and the path distance,the minimum energy consumption model for multi-destination path planning is proposed and its algorithm is introduced in detail.The relationship between courier workload and weather conditions was established,and a quadratic curve multivariate regression analysis model was proposed with qualitative variables that could predict the courier's workload.At last,tested each function module in Android mobile phone to ensure the system runs correctly.Test the minimum energy path planning algorithm,and compared with the artificial experience path and the shortest distance path,the performance of the minimum energy path is optimal in terms of single data or overall data,and the performance improvement effect is more obvious with the increase of the dispatch address.The parameters in the regression model were estimated.The goodness of fit was 0.992.The standard deviation of the model was 5.023 parcels.After the model passed various verifications,it was used for forecasting.The short-term forecasting result was 90%to meet the tolerance requirement.
