The Research On Present Status And Development Prospect Of Open Access Journals In China

In order to meet the requirements of future academic exchanges and the needs of modern information society,we further eased the "Serialspricing crisis",and open access journals emerged as the times require.As one of the main ways to realize open access,open access journals are a new model of academic exchange with epoch-making significance.The Open Access Movement started in western countries,but in China,the study just started.the studies are mainly about its quality control,influence,economic mechanism and platform construction and other aspects of its construction,but so far few people focus on users.This paper will focus on the investigation of the current situation of open access journals from the perspective of users,and to some extent,make up for the deficiencies in our user surveys.Through the questionnaire,I collected first-hand information and analyzed the problems in the construction of open access journals in China,including user characteristics,user information behavior,user attitude and the main factors affecting user.Finally,combined with the characteristics of Open Access Journals itself and the actual condition of our country,we draw lessons from foreign successful experience.In order to improve user recognition and acceptance,I will combine the questionnaire and point out measures that the state,publishers and university libraries should take.
