Ever since the conception of open access has been created during the "academic journal crisis", every scholar and some of the publishers who were in touch with this conception took a great interest in it and disseminated it with passions. However, when some publishers tried to add the open access model into the publish system in recent years, it exposed a lot of problems and the development of the open access seemed to fall into a bottleneck. The main cause of this situation is that only some conceptions and suggests were built for open access, and there were none successful model can be certainly accepted by all the publishers.As for the open access, the most important thing is to build an integrated and feasible system to improve the successful use of the open access and attract publishers who prefer to traditional publish system tend to pay attentions on it. Therefore, compared with the traditional periodical, this article use the SCP model to analyze the open access periodical, and try to find the feasible models for every three kinds of publishers.First, the STM periodical markets and the open access periodical in domestic markets are analyzed and also compared with the America and Europe markets. The feasibility of using the open access in scholarship periodical can be finds in the chapter two.Second, the structure, conduct, and the value chain of the open access model in scholarship periodical market are analyzed. And the author suggests three different models for every type of the publishers.Third, the author tries to find the effective and efficient module for the open access online system. which may attract more and more publishers to pay more attentions.Finally, many tactics are suggested to improve the performance of the open access models, of which are about publish behaviors, document preservation, technology, and so on. These tactics can set the open access model free from the bottleneck which bothered the scholarship publishers a lot.
