Power is beneficial to the people’s livelihood of important the sources of energy, electric power resource management to national development and people life plays an important role in. The current electricity payment mainly includes a window in artificial payment and online payment and other means, with the development of computer technology, self-service payment way more and more get the favor of people. Design and implementation of a Android based mobile phone platform power payment and management system, it mainly includes the following content:(1) Based on the design of the Android platform client program, including the system registry, pay of charge of electricity, electricity customer information query and modify and other related functions;(2) the design of the electric payment backstage server program, including electricity charging set, electricity fee payment reminders and user power supply, power settings and user login registration, management and maintenance functions;(3) The Android2.1systems development, use Eclipse to create the system development environment, by using the technology of Servlet+JDBC database operation, build the SQLServer2005database platform. Use Java language system to code. Finally, the system testing and analysis, the test result indicates that:the designed system accord with the demand of the user is expected to achieve the development goals, can be put into use.
