In recent years, with the increasing popularity of the Android smart devices, applications of cellphone are not limited to communication and other basic functions and they are turning to mobile payments. Some methods of mobile payments, such as QR code, sound wave and traditional NFC payment have defects. Therefore, it has a realistic meaning of designing a secure and convenient mobile payment system.In this thesis, the mobile payment system is designed and realized based on Host Card Emulation on Android 4.4, including a client with function of payment and collection and a clearing server. In the aspect of transaction, this thesis simulates mobile phones into bank cards, uses Near Field Communication as the method of information transmission to complete transaction, and realizes field payment face to face. In the aspect of security, in terms of storage security on client, the system uses SQLCipher database to solve data leakage after Android system cracked. In terms of transmission security, this thesis uses HTTPS as the transmission channel between server and client, as well as designs a tokenization scheme to store sensitive information into server and client, thus guaranteeing the security of sensitive information.Verification and test results show that the design of the payment system based on HCE achieved the desired requirements. The server of the system can bear 400 concurrent threads, response time of swiping card is within 600ms. As a whole, this thesis realizes a convenient, stable and secure payment system.
