With the development of electronic commerce network for people living offers many conveniences, e-commerce has gradually penetrated into people's lives. The current e-commerce services mainly through the Internet cable way, with the high popularity of mobile phones, the rapid development of mobile data services, while the major banks to increase the rate of bank card issuers, telecommunications value-added business and financial means to pay for technology to be the rapid development of mobile payment as an emerging era of electronic means of payment, with its convenient, user-friendly, low-cost advantage, began to be more and more consumer groups are concerned, accepted. Financial payment systems began way from wired to wireless way to transition, will also share its market share is growing. Therefore, the development of a mobile terminal device can be used, with powerful, compatibility, user-friendly interface, simple mobile phone applications is a very meaningful thing.This design of mobile payment client software is designed based on the Android platform. This paper first mobile payment industry background is introduced, and then the domestic and foreign mobile phone operating system Android application development as well as current development is discussed.The article will be higher domestic usage of mobile payment provider payment process, for example, the domestic mobile payment platform processes described in detail, reference and proposed methods for the optimization of existing processes. Discuss Android-based mobile payment environment, the client software development technologies, mobile payment client needs analysis and details of the client software development process phases, including needs analysis, the overall design, architecture, function modules boundaries and the end-user interface design. In the development process of the problems encountered and solutions are described and analyzed.This final design of the client software for mobile payments has been tested.
