In the transitional period of China, social conflicts happen frequently, the conflict between officials and civilians, the gap between the rich and the poor, food hygiene and safety, personal safety and other issues are always able to attract the participation of many netizens.Looking at past network group incidents,we can find that a lot of emotional catharsis is full of them. The expression of emotion plays an important role in the formation and development of network group incidents. There is an inseparable relationship between the occurrence of network group incidents and emotional mobilization. With the development of Internet technology, the traditional media and the government have lost the advantage of controlling information.Everyone has become the media. When the ordinary people are treated unfairly and the rights and interests are infringed, many people will choose to use the network platform to voice their voices, describe their own experiences, accuse the "murderer",and mobilize the netizens to arouse the public's attention and support. The accessibility and convenience of the network can make it easy for ordinary individuals to express their own voices. The individual's emotional expression on the Internet platform can inspire netizens' grief, sympathy, panic, and other emotions, then trigger greater attention. If the individual's vocalization can be reproduced by opinion leaders or the media, the incident will lead to thousands of netizen fans' linkage reaction, making the information released by individuals enter the stage of rapid diffusion. The anonymity of the Internet allows netizens to express their opinions freely and securely on the Internet platform to support the victims,so tha the individual network mobilization has entered the stage of formation of social public opinion, triggering network group incidents. This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature analysis, case analysis and text analysis, and combines the relevant theories of communication and social psychology to follow the logic of "what is","why" and "how to do" to analyze the individual's emotional mobilization strategy, influencing factors and realistic influence. The study found that the individual's emotion mobilization played an important role in the two cases selected in this paper:" Luo Yixiao incident" and"Nanny arson case ".Through the text analysis of the text information published by Lin Shengbin and Rolle on micro-blog and WeChat public platform, the author found that in these two cases, two mobilizing individuals used tragic mobilization, anger mobilization and frustration. The expression of the words provoked the netizens' sympathy, anger and panic. At the same time, through the study of the case, this paper also analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the formation of individual emotional mobilization in the network group incidents, that is,the attribute of social media dissemination, the inherent young age,low education, and low income attributes of Chinese netizens themselves.as well as social unconscious,Robin Hood plots, and group identity, and other social psychological factors jointly drive the formation.Of course, the emotional mobilization initiated by the individual may attract the sympathy and anger of netizens, cause the gathering of public opinion, and ultimately"get justice" for themselves, and it may also trigger cyber violence and human flesh search. The power of the netizen is strong, the concern of the netizen can promote the solution of the incident. With the improvement of netizen literacy, more and more people will learn to mobilize this "power."Proper use of mobilization strategies can promote conflict resolution, alleviate social conflicts, and mobilize misconduct can also lead to polarization of groups, induce cyber violence and breed online rumours. In this regard,we should view network mobilization with a dialectical and objective perspective.
