Research On Micro-blog User's Emotional Expression And Communication In Environmental Group Incidents

Internet events have attracted the attention of research.The different forms and cultural connotations of emerging Internet media lead to the deep dispersion of social contradiction.The Internet public opinion aroused by social events is arousing emotions.Social events have changed into an endless stream of network events and a wide range of impact.Network resistance,Network support,online signature,Network maintenance and so on often occur,accompanied by strong social emotions.In this study,Micro-Blog of 6 environmental group events caused by anti PX projects in 2009 to 2017 were used as the research data.Emotional analysis was used in Chinese analysis system based on emotional lexicon to analyze the emotional propagation characteristics and emotional evolution process of Micro-Blog users in environmental group events.In order to provide the theoretical and practical reference for the analysis of public opinion and network management in China,we want to examine the network emotional logic and emotional diffusion mechanism in group events,and explore the analysis paradigm and evolution rules of Micro-Blog emotion.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The Micro-Blog sentiment has a clear tendency.(2)Micro-Blog's emotional types and intensity are complex.(3)Micro-Blog has strong group consciousness and emotional objects are mainly PX and government.(4)Micro-Blog's emotions are characterized by strong emotion,weak information,negative emotional communication and multiple rumors.(5)There are four stages of evolution of Micro-Blog emotion : "starting point","resistance","opinion" and "dispelling".Each stage has its own characteristics.The thesis consists of eight parts.The first part is the introduction.It puts forward the origin,purpose,significance and object of micro-blog's sentiment analysis in environmental group incidents,and explains the analytical framework of this research.The second part: a review of the research,review the relevant literature on emotional analysis,the study of collective behavior emotion,and the study of emotional communication of group events,and demonstrate the rationality and necessity of this study.The third part: research methods,including research objects,basic methods,analytical tools,and preparation of display research data.The fourth part: data analysis results,including the sentiment analysis and text analysis results of micro-blog text.The fifth part: micro-blog's emotional expression,summarizes the inducements,subjects and objects,expression features and expression ways of micro-blog's emotional expression.The sixth part analyzes the characteristics and evolution of micro-blog's emotional transmission.The seventh part: micro-blog's emotional response principles and counseling strategies.The eighth part: discuss and prospect,look forward to the conclusion of the study,and further explore the significance of research.
