With the development of science and technology,people have many different ways to receive information,radio and television industry has quickly followed the times to change into a new media era.Radio and television industry produced many new videos and audios every day,likes news,dramas,entertainment programs,documentaries and so on.At present,many media assets management systems with a low efficiency,high cost,security and other troubles.A scientific media assets management system can manage all of the media assets in detail,can effectively reduce the cost of human and material resources,sufficient to meet the needs of users,and can improve the safety of media assets.In this Media Asset Management System,we will increasing the utilization rate of assets,at the same time,it will ensuring safe and high-quality radio and television broadcasting.This thesis introduces the research background and the project significance of Yunnan radio and television station international channel media assets management system,persents the current research and application status,and then we identified the main work and research contents.In the business analysis,organizational structure,the original business processes are analyzed.In the function analysis,through the data flow diagrams,the thesis identifies the system functions.Those functions consisted of personal basic information management,program package management,program project management,online storage management,tapes management and system management.In the data analysis,the data of the system needs to process analyzed,the entity relationship diagram is given,and the database tables' structure is established.At last,the research and analysis of Yunnan radio and television station international channel media assets management system are summarized.The future work to do is also prospected.
