Nowadays, ventilation machine is widely used in various fields. In the running state, power consumption, performance and economic aspects, ventilator have different requirements. The mine production, ventilation machine status is particularly important, because of the mine environment is bad, confined space, minerals and oxygen content of less than air chemical reaction is easy to produce more gas, seriously endangering the underground work safety, at here the ventilator can be regarded as "scavenger" and "oxygen machine" inside the mine air, shouldering the down hole safety environment, its importance is self-evident. Therefore, ventilator performance monitoring of mine operation and production safety is particularly important.With the ventilator using range widely increasing, the ventilator experiment inside universities is more and more frequent, in order to make the research of the related experimental ventilator performance of students better and more convenient operation of the ventilator, and better in the laboratory to simulate the actual working state of the wind turbine, it is necessary to establish a wind machine control test platform in the laboratory. The changes through the console can achieve a speed and adjust the function of measuring speed, which is convenient to measure the wind pressure, vibration and noise test.This article was a series of transformation of the laboratory original fan test rig, has realized three major new features, test bench fan respectively:first of all, the original test control system into the PLC control, the control function of PLC module and inverter power strong integration to achieve the air volume adjustment two function test and parameter Fusion, not only to save the space more user-friendly operation, to achieve the test rig further automation. Secondly, the improved the whole fan circuit diagram design, the test bench by the original can only control a typhoon machine to evolve can simultaneously control two typhoon machine Kai, stop rotation direction and size. In addition, Add bench test functions, to achieve the control cabinet on the current, voltage and power of the read in real-time.In order to testing the bench and verify the accuracy of the measured results, we carried out general experiments to test the speed of the ventilator, Experimental results show that the ventilator test control cabinet control can achieve Function control, the operation and monitor the results are relatively accurate.
