Virtual Instrument (VI) technology is a new test technology rapidly developed in recent years. Using CAT technology based on VI in the hydraulic system has become a developing direction of the Test&Control technology of the hydraulic system due to control precision and reliability. In this paper, the electric control system of the hydraulic loop test bench based on VI, the data acquisition system and the test simulation & data processing system are studied.This paper introduces the domestic and international current situation and application of the Test&Control technology of the hydraulic system, puts forward the general scheme of the electric control system of the hydraulic loop test bench, and designs the electric control system adopted diode matrix and PLC control method.Through the require of test simulation and data processing, the tele-manometers and flow meter have been choiced, the hardware circuit and the software of the data acquisition system based on AT89C52 have been designed and developed, it can collect data of the pressure, flow and different state signals of the electric apparatus in the hydraulic experiment course, and communicate with PC through 485 bus.The software of test simulation and data processing based on VB6.0 has been developed, it can carry on real-time simulation in the experiment course, data recording analysis and performance curve plotting.At the end of this paper it introduces the online experiment on the electric control system, the data acquisition system and the software of test simulation and data processing with the Test&Control system prototype.
