Inventory Control Optimization And Inventory System Software Development Of M Machine Tool Plant

With the strategic plan of “making China 2025” proposed by LiKeqiang`s standing meeting of the state Council,China`s manufacturing industry will usher in a new development.As the foundation of the manufacturing industry,the machine tool is the key equipment of processing and manufacturing,which affect manufacturing development profoundly.The asset inventory of raw materials occupies a large proportion in the total cost of business operations in the machine.Therefore,the rationality of raw materials inventory control scheme is of great theoretical and practical significance for balancing customer satisfaction and enterprise income.Based on the inventory management of raw materials,this paper analyzes the types and characteristics of machine tool manufacturing enterprise,research the main contents and methods of inventory control theory.Stating with the current situation of raw materials inventory control of M machine tools,this article finds that there are three main problems in the control of raw materials stock.The classification method of raw materials is simple;demand fluctuation to the MRP plan execution is poor;there are lots of rejects that have not been handled in time.We will use the Pareto`s classification and CoV.Analysis to regroup the materials,select the proper method like Min.-Max.,ROP,MRP,which is based on raw materials annual consumption value and demand-side fluctuation.Nowadays,the staff of the M machine tool factory still use the traditional way(Excel form)to manage the data from the raw materials.The storehouse staff can not monitor the quatitiy of stock in real time and make the raw materials baklog.Firstly,according to the inventory management level optimized by the inventory control plan and the raw material storage and warehousing process,we analyze and design the inventory system database and function module.Then,the VB 6.0 and Access databases are used to design and develop the inventory management system and inventory management data base.Finally,test the “user login” module of the inventory system.Through the above measures,we can improve the overall level of enterprise informations,reduce the inventory and improve theefficiency of the use of funds.
