Development And Research Of Distributing Inventory Management Information System In Metal Structure Manufacturing Enterprise

The metal structure product manufacturing is the industry related to the design, production and implement of metal structure products like doors, windows, curtain wall and lighting ceiling, it's a typical large-logistic industry. On one hand, enterprises produce metal products have different projects in different places over the country, the building sites repeal with the close of projects, which made the inventory distributed. One the other hand, the raw material cost takes up high in the total product cost, the logistic involves a lot, and the process control is very complicated. A good management and control of the distributed logistic is the key problem of this kind of enterprise, and distributed inventory information management system can help enterprises do the job effectively. This paper will explore and research on the design and development of distributed inventory management system for the metal structure enterprises.This paper first analyzed the characteristic of the distributed inventory of the metal enterprises. With the consideration of the demand of the distributed inventory management system, a kind of the distributed inventory management system is designed, which mainly includes the framework of the system structure and function structure. The operation mode was brought forward, and the systematic operation procedure of the core operation was also analyzed.Based on the above research, the general technique frame of the realization the distributed inventory management system for the metal structure enterprise was built, which includes general technique, specific technique, and supportive technique. Some key technique such as the system design mode of the Uniform Modeling Language, the development framework based on J2EE and SOA and the distributed inventory optimization methods were also researched.At last, with the adoption of the component technology based on J2EE framework, a set of software of distributed inventory management system for the metal structure enterprises were developed. This software was applied in shenyang jinwei , and has achieved good results.
