The enterprise’s demand for automatic ultrasonic testing technology is graduallyincreasing in recent years. In the face of the current situation of the development of ultrasonicdetection system and equipment, this paper proposes the machine tool automatic ultrasonictesting system composed by the testing accessory and the the machine tool to test a largenumber of common parts on-line,and this paper take the single chip microcomputer as themain control chip to design and develop the control system of automatic ultrasonic testingsystem for machine tool.According to the characteristics of tested objects with large quantity and wide area andthe different detection and control task proposed by customer group, this paper developdiversity control system of machine tool automatic ultrasonic testing system based on thethought of control system product family. Firstly,this paper studies on test and controlsystem by type,and analyze the function and composition of detection and control system,then constructs the function structure of the control system.Taking control system moduledivision principle as support and according to the realization functions,divide the hardwarepart and the software part of the testing and control system in to modules and design them.With the guidance of the modularization idea,taking STM32F103VET6and1APF15K61S2asthe main control chip,using multiple drawing structure function of Altium designer tools,andusing the top-down hierarchical modular design method, this paper design the hardwarecircuit of control system.In the software design part, according to the characteristic of controlsystem software, use KEIl and MDK compiler environment integrated features, write theheader files, use multiple.C files,and call the library function to develop software module ofthe control system.The data format and transmission content of detection control parameter was defined, the motion scanning control algorithm was deduced and verified,the triggerpulse generation and delay algorithm was deduced and verified.At present, the control system of machine tool automatic ultrasonic testing has beenverified in the numerical control lathe, and realized the scheduled detection and control tasksFinally,the development method of the detecting and control system product platform of themachine tool automatic ultrasonic testing was proposed in this paper.
