Listed Companies Based On Erp System Performance Evaluation Study

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)is an important means for enterprise digital management in the information age,and plays an important role in the control of production and business planning and resource management of enterprises.ERP utilizes a powerful computing system to start the process of combing all departments of the company's production and operations,maximize the use and configuration of the company's logistics,information flow,capital flow and work flow,scientifically coordinate enterprise resources,promote the internal efficiency of enterprises,and improve the Profitability and overall competitiveness.However,although most domestic and foreign companies are aware of the important role of ERP in the company,they have spent a lot of money to purchase ERP systems or independent research and development,but did not play the desired effect.In addition,the cost of development and maintenance of ERP systems is huge,and this factor also makes many companies stagnate when faced with the introduction of ERP systems.This paper focuses on the selection of ERP system and the implementation performance evaluation after installation.First,in the initial stage of ERP system installation,ERP system selection is a necessary and prerequisite for the successful implementation of the system.This paper proposes a method of ERP selection based on fuzzy DEA.It uses triangular fuzzy numbers to calculate and compare the fuzzy effectiveness of input and output to ensure the accuracy and reliability of fuzzy selection of ERP system.Secondly,the assessment of ERP implementation performance involves many influencing factors.Both financial and non-financial indicators of the company need to be included in the ERP system implementation evaluation system.As a nonlinear evaluation model,BP neural network has the ability of self-adaptation and is suitable for dealing with multi-dimensional nonlinear problems.This paper uses enterprise self-score and cluster analysis to evaluate the performance of ERP system implementation companies,using improved BP neural network modeling,through the objective evaluation of the company and the ability to quickly learn the neural network of traditional expert evaluation method Improvements and extensions provide a new way of thinking for the large-scale evaluation of ERP implementation performance.Finally,according to the content of empirical analysis,the ERP system selection and evaluation index system are summarized and the future is expected.
