Scientific research has entered the fourth paradigm,and scientific researchers have continuously increased their attention to scientific data.The rapid development of science makes people in the pursuit of scientific innovation and pay more attention to efficiency.Scientific data is fundamental which summarized from scientific research.The figure of scientific data continues to grow in an exponential trend,which has a massive,complex and uneven distribution of features.Currently researchers have realized that as the foundation of scientific research,its data is of a huge scientific and economic value.Accompanied by practical results of the research,the information it provides has attracted the attention of domestic scholars.The classical models of scientific data are decentralized.One-time management is no longer able to meet the rapid development of science studies.Scientific data has relatively dispersed with heterogeneous feature and a lack of interoperability.Domestic data sharing policy are the reason why,somehow,it becomes the effective obstacles of sharing scientific data.Therefore,this paper sorts out research results on scientific data sharing and linked data both at home and abroad.Besides,according to the analysis of scientific data sharing problem and the technical advantages of linked data,this paper sorts out the process of sharing scientific data.Eventually,a scientific data sharing model based on linked data is constructed and put forward the conditions for model implementation.Here is the specific work of this paper:(1)Sorting out related research results and the existed theoretical basis at home and abroad.From both domestic and foreign perspectives,this paper sorts out research results related to scientific data sharing,linked data,and scientific data management based on linked data.Then summarizing the theoretical basis for the mature development of scientific data,scientific data sharing,linked data,and related concepts.(2)Analyzing the construction of the model from three aspects,including the necessity of the model construction,the functions realized by the model,and the process analysis of scientific data based on the linked data which provides ideas for the construction of the model.(3)Building a scientific data sharing model based on linked data.Firstly,based on clear design principles,this paper establishes the overall architecture of model,which is divided into internal hierarchical model and external environment.The internal hierarchical model consists of a data layer,a description layer,a linking layer,and an application sharing layer followed by the process of scientific data sharing in order to describe the function of each layer,which is the core of this paper.Then summarizing the specific conditions of the model for each link of the model implementation.For ensuring the successfully realization of the model and to create a good atmosphere for scientific data sharing,this paper analyzes four conditions of the model,which are the technical support,policy orientation,personnel training and capital investment.This study is the intersection and penetration of Semantic Web technology and data management theory within the scope of scientific data,as well as useful exploration of effective sharing of scientific data.The design of the model broadens the scope of application of the linked data and enriches the theoretical basis of the linked data technology.The establishment of the model can provide theoretical support for the scientific data sharing process,which has important practical significance for improving the efficiency of scientific research and inspiring the innovation of scientific researchers.The study is conducive to improving the depth and breadth of scientific data services,maximizing the benefits of scientific data development and utilization so that improving the returns on the benefits of science and technology investment.
