In recent years,county hospitals have basically completed the transformation from paper-based office to electronic office,which has improved the efficiency and medical level of medical staff.However,with the emergence of "hot medical treatment,health and fever",there are problems with the business volume of hospital has been increasing,and the friends of patient with a long queues in the payment window,low efficiency and difficulty in the treatment of patients in the outpatient clinic.The original hospital information system can not meet the needs of the hospital,it is urgently need to be in accordance with the "overall design,system integration,step-by-step implementation,focus,practical and efficient" principle,to establish a set of smart card system for out patient with "taking patients as the center,with clinical as the core",it can make the patients more satisfied,the doctor also can have the time to increase his medical training,and it is imperative to establish a outpatient smart card management system which can improve medical ethics and medical skills.This paper researches the "Smart card" management system of Quzhou county hospital.First,the current situation and existing problems of the information system of county hospital in Handan area were investigated extensively,with a lot of literature,this paper completed the demand analysis,system architecture design,main function module design and database design of the hospital smart card management system,and established the overall process of the smart card management system;In view of the smart card security requirements,the traditional DES and RSA encryption algorithm are compared with those of the PRESENT algorithm analysis,choose the PRESENT algorithm to encrypt a smart card,and at the same time put forward improved the PRESENT algorithm to expand the width of the encryption key ideas,increase the security of key,confidentiality,reliability and the ability to resist malicious attacks also had significantly increased;Finally,to test the reliability of the system.The smart card management system has been launched,and it has a friendly interface and efficient operation efficiency,it has reached the expected effect.
