Design Of Comprehensive Performance Testing System For RV Reducer

RV reducer is the core component of industrial robot.The transmission accuracy of the RV reducer directly determines the running accuracy of industrial robot.Therefore,the research of RV reducer is of far-reaching significance.Currently,domestic and abroad scholars focus on theoretical study the RV reducer,but there are rare researches on its testing.Therefore,this thesis designed a comprehensive performance test system for RV reducer.This system includes a low-level hardware detection platform and a upper test software.Through the combination of software and hardware,it can accurately test the rotation accuracy,transmission efficiency and back of the RV reducer,also the poor performance parameters.This paper first analyzes the mechanical structure and transmission principle of RV reducer,and conducts in-depth research on the comprehensive performance parameters of RV reducer-rotation accuracy,transmission efficiency,and hysteresis measurement principle,and proposes an accurate measurement of RV reducer.We also put forward a method for comprehensive performance parameters.Next,the overall design requirements of the measurement and control system are described.The overall hardware structure of the bottom detection platform is introduced.The hardware used by each module is described in detail,and their working principles,working modes,technical specifications,and communication mechanisms are analyzed.Then according to the test function to be realized in the system,the measurement software is designed based on the C#WinForm platform,which can realize the real-time measurement,graph display,data storage,generation of test report and other functions of the RV reducer comprehensive performance parameters.This article finally measured the RV speed reducers produced by four companies at home and abroad,and compared the measurement results with the standard values provided by the manufacturer to verify the accuracy of the test system.At the same time,the results of various performance parameters are compared horizontally to reflect the difference in the performance of RV reducers at home and abroad.
