The Rotorcraft rev-regulator system is to keep the Rotorcraft at a constant speed, it includes Rotorcraft-rev-regulator Amplifier,Executive Device and rev-alarm. Many systems have been proposed to detect the parameters in this system. In the new system in this paper we use the digital quantity instead of the analog variable in former systems and integrate the testing function to Rotorcraft-rev-regulator Amplifier and Executive Device together. It is more convenient and exact for a testing system.Based on the analysis of the factual system, this project completed the testing system design and experimentalize under the support of technologies of MCU,Visual Instrument and Computer as well as the idea of Modularization. We designed modular circuits: the digital low-frequency and high-precision signal synthesizer,analog signals modulation card,data acquisition unit and communication module as well as some other units. we also developed testing software under the LabWindows/CVI6.0 to complete the entire performance test . It lay a strong foundation to redesign the Rotorcraft-rev-regulator Amplifier.The digital low-frequency signal synthesizer is designed based on the DDS and adopts the idea of MCU+DDS, it simulates the speed signal of Rotorcraft successfully; The transformation and acquisition to Twenty-eight analog variable has been realized by the data acquisition unit; The USB communication module has been designed to use MCU+USB dedicated integrated circuit. The designing of electric circuits are easier,lower cost as well as more convenient, it proposed a new way to design the communication module in the laboratory.The system we proposed in this paper can be expanded easily and can be used in future testing system easily.
