With the continuous maturity of industrial robot technology and its increasing importance in the industrial fields,the importance of experimental technology research on precision reducers is becoming increasingly apparent.Although the domestic research on the performance indicators of the reducer and the equipment development have achieved more results,there are still many key problems to be solved.In this paper,after summarizing the shortcomings of domestic precision reducer tester,the related researches and development works are carried out to solve the problems of low integration of measurement and control system,low detection efficiency and accuracy to be improved.In the first part,the current research status of reducer testers at domestic and foreign are described,and the common points and shortcomings of domestic reducer testers are summarized and analyzed.The second part explains in detail the key performance indicators of the reducer test,including stiffness,backlash,transmission efficiency and angle transmission error,and gives the calculation method,which provides a basis for the programming of the measurement and control system.The third part elaborates the hardware selection of the decelerator measurement and control system platform.According to the target precision of the measurement and control system,the required equipments are selected,including host computer platform,the data acquisition equipment of the angle and torque,and slave computer platform.This paper focuses on the fourth part which is the compilation of the test and control system program.Using LabVIEW software,the message interaction program between host computer and slave computer,the software and hardware status monitoring program,user information management,product information management and test data acquisition and preservation program are developed.The measurement and control system can not only complete the static and dynamic test for precision reducer,but also improve the test efficiency and scientific data management.The fifth part builds a data acquisition and testing platform,verifies the real-time and synchronization of the data acquisition channel through the combination of hardware and software,and verifies the network flow data transmission between host computer and slave computer.The experimental results show that this part of the software system meets the requirements.The research on the measurement and control system of the comprehensive performance tester of precision reducer can make the test of reducer more systematic and automated,and provide more powerful support for the design of reducer test equipment.
