In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,in the information era of rapid development of market economy,talents have become the main driving force of industry development.As the core competitiveness factor of modern radio and television industry,the optimization of human resources structure and the development of its policy system are of great importance to China's broadcasting and television industry.In order to adapt to the rapid social changes,the development of local radio and television media also needs to pay attention to the development and cultivation of new talents,and promote the transformation of human resources development.At present,the provincial radio and television media,human resources development and achieved initial results,but still in the process of perfection and improvement still exists many problems,such as the lack of perfect human resources development policy system,talent competition and selection mechanism is not sound,work recruitment management is not standard and so on.Therefore,the theoretical construction of the policy system and management system of China's radio and television human resources is deeply meaningful in practice and in theory.Only fill the blank of the lack of policy and actively create a good mechanism of fair competition and merit-based selection talent,at the same time,in accordance with the specification work recruitment management policy,to ensure the human resource policy of provincial radio and television network orderly and healthy development.Based on the analysis of the current situation of human resource allocation in jiangxi province,we discuss the existing problems and give corresponding solutions and countermeasures to the problems.
