Since the 1990s, with its rapid development and massive two-way exchange of information and convenience, the network plays a serious impact on newspapers, television and other traditional media in the world. TV is faced with a continuous drop of the number of viewers, and turn to networks for connection. The provincial radio and television units to set up a system website of Radio, Film and Television. Guangdong Television which firstly turned to the Internet in 1996, has experienced up to 12 years. The content and pattern of provincial radio and television system Web site are gradually starting to maturative. Especially after 2005, we paid great attention on the Web site video and the live show and order program on line were one after another on-demand. The article picked up typical 32 sites from a large number of provincial radio and television system websites. We analyze and compare them on that basis and then pose a number of views. The full text is divided into six chapters.The research objects are the 22 mainland provinces and 4 municipalities and 5 autonomous regions, a total of 31 regional and 32 provincial radio and television news Web site system, covering the provincial television station sites, radio and television networks, television stations or the total Radio, Film and Television Group Web site, not including the radio Web Radio, Film and Television and the Press and Publication Bureau Web site (Chief Network). In the study design, this article first introduce development process of provincial radio and television news Web site system, and then one by one study site location, content, interact of the network and the future development strategy.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter describes the connection of radio television to network which I call the marriage of radio television and network . Then, the article analyzes the specific interactive of network and programming , promotes the two main forms of interaction to the television programs on-line network ,and points out the shortcomings of the interactive network of TV station, that is, the interactive of Internet and TV is still at low level, and depended on each other ,expand its influence in the ways and means which are limited.ChapterⅥexpounds the development strategy of the provincial radio and television news Web site system. First of all, the site should build strong local characteristic content, to run local news channels and local television service channels well and then win the attention of the local audiences. Second, we can make good use of video resources, broaden the channels of video sources ,and then let users become providers of video content. Finally, in the development of Web site ads, video and data services, paid value-added network services, for itself and a variety of related or unrelated to the business, optimizing the structure, broadening marketing, enhancing the self-hematopoietic function of the Web site is necessary.From the situation of the analysis, the provincial radio and television news Web site system has been gradually searching for the perfect Qiru point from the combination of a new radio and television media , that is to make full use of rich audio and video resources, to highlight the fourth Media and features of radio and television, and to develop video programming and interactive services programs. At present, most of the provincial radio and television system operators and managers of news sites have been integrated with the initial television networks and two major characteristics of the media, audio and video ,conspicuous and increase the interactive features of the service network, but in the form of Web site performance, site content or interactive operates of TV station network, there are still unsatisfactory.
