Space communication has the characteristics of security,secrecy,urgency and real time.It is necessary for the managers to keep pace with the times,be good at using scientific and technological methods,and combine with the existing technical methods to integrate all kinds of communication network resources to ensure the stability,efficiency,safety and smooth communication of the communication system.However,the fault of communication system has the characteristics of sudden,miscellaneous alarm information and difficulties of fast locating the fault information source.It is difficult to meet the requirements of the present emergency communication guarantee technology simply by artificial identification and diagnosis of fault information.Aiming at the demand of space communication for emergency communication support system,the research and development of efficient,accurate and rapid emergency communication support system is the subject of attention in the field of communication.In order to meet the requirements of the continuous development of space mission for communication guarantee,this paper focuses on how to improve the technical methods of communication guarantee.This paper,based on the military emergency communication system,starts with the practice of communication support,and studies the link and software technology in the communication system based on the experience of the first line communication support for many years.Based on the requirements of the emergency communication system and the characteristics of fault diagnosis,based on the analysis of the traditional fault diagnosis model and fault diagnosis method,a hierarchical and distributed multi domain fault diagnosis model is established by the integration of the internal fault diagnosis and the inter office cooperative fault diagnosis.The structure and function modules of the fault diagnosis model are studied,and the reasoning rules of fault diagnosis are established.A casebased fault diagnosis learning algorithm is proposed,and the learning mechanism of fault cases is studied,and an expert diagnosis mechanism database is constructed.The inter office cooperation service platform is designed,the diagnosis mechanism based on fault case learning and the fault expert diagnosis system are realized,and the inter office cooperative diagnosis model mechanism is established.By expanding the range of monitoring,strengthening intercommunication between equipment,sharing resources,using new ideas boldly,overcoming empiricism,using existing equipment effectively,monitoring from communication system to alarm data collection,and locating fault causes through data analysis.This diagnosis system will effectively reduce the impact of failures and equipment loss,ensure personnel safety,play an important role in space mission communication support.
