The Design And Implementation Of E-government Office System

The increasing renewal of information technology has enabled all walks of life in society to step into the fast lane of technological development and replacement.Similarly,the information construction and development of government agencies is also a key link in boosting people's livelihood services and improving government efficiency.However,the high efficiency,environmental protection,and security requirements of the government affairs system in real-world work have caused many systems currently in use to be phased out.In order to solve the problem that the government department office system capacity is insufficient to support daily business,this paper uses UML model,OperaMasks-UI and other technologies to analyze and design and implement an e-government office system.The system has high versatility.The paper first introduces the research background and significance of the article,and then it combs the current domestic and foreign research status of the relevant theory and time of the system,and points out the necessity of systematic analysis and design and implementation of the e-government office system.In the analysis phase,an object-oriented UML model design method was used to consider the overall process of the system as a whole,and analyze the conference release,dispatch office supplies,leave,official commission,announcement,use of vehicles,use of seals,etc.The main business processes summarize the overall functional structure.The method of using the use case diagram of each sub-module was combed one by one and a simple explanation was made.At the same time,non-functional requirements such as interface friendliness were described.In the design stage,the overall class diagram of the system was first organized,and the main types of meeting information,meeting minutes information,and leave information were pointed out.Then,according to the functional structure,the participation class was specified for each function realization.In the implementation stage of the system,we first made a general overview of the overall system implementation,followed by a detailed description of the system implementation,isolation strategy and recovery mechanism.After all the preparations for development were completed,the process description and implementation instructions were made on the basis of the realization of the main functions of the system.The interface of the six main functions of meeting management,office supplies management,public service management,personnel management,vehicle management,and seal management was highlighted.Process,finally analyzed and designed and implemented an e-government office system.In addition to meeting the basic internal government function requirements,the e-government office system can also help government departments manage the issues such as the circulation of official documents,the storage and use of seals,and the management of personnel.While ensuring the smooth flow of internal information,it can be kept strictly confidential,taking into account the versatility and reusability of the system,making the administrative department more efficient in office work,making decisions more scientific,and making internal information flow more open.
