E-wastes,which is also called as waste electronic and electric equipment(WEEE)or end-of-life(EOL)electronics,include all components,sub-assemblies and consumables that are deemed obsolete or unwanted by users.With the development of science and technology,the speed of electronic product upgrading is also accelerating.Then there are lots of waste electrical and electronic equipment in the market.If not properly collected and processed,these waste electronic and electric equipments will bring a serious challenge to the environment.Since the 20th century'strategies of WEEE treatment has became one of the most important issues in China's research on environmental issues.Many articles introduced legislation,management and recycling technologies of WEEE implemented.In recent years,the development of network recycling model has formed lots of network recycling platforms,such as love recycling site,recycling treasure site,repurchase site and so on.Studies found that such a network recycling platform is necessary to promote the WEEE recovery to a large extent,but consumers were not willing to take participate in the activity and the recovery rate of WEEE was not high.This paper studies the operational decision-making of WEEE network recovery platform based on Internet of Things.What's more,this paper applies the points incentive to the WEEE network recycling system in order to improve the enthusiasm of consumers at the same time.The main content of this study is divided into two parts:Firstly,analyzes the impact of using the Internet of Things on the platform operation decision-making when taking network recycling platform service providers as the main body.First of all,it is assumed that the application of Internet of Things can determine the value of WEEE integral given to consumers,and then construct the mathematical model of WEEE recycling closed-loop supply chain decision-making under the integral incentive strategy.Finally,use the optimization theory of operational research to solve and analyze the influence of points incentive on the decision-making of the stakeholders.Secondly,consider the effects of online co-operative retailers'points redemption types and step-size on the participation of consumers in the WEEE network recovery incentives.Using the questionnaire to collect the relevant data and analysis to find the key variables of consumers' enthusiasm involved in WEEE network recycling.According to the results of the study and analysis,this paper draws the main conclusions as following:(1)The operation and management of WEEE network recovery platform based on the Internet of Things,the proportion of the profit paid by the online cooperative retailer to the network recycling platform service affects the profit of the whole closed-loop supply chain.(2)There is a close relationship between the value of the recovered WEEE products and the proportion of the profits,which provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable recovery time and profits distribution of the network recycling platform service provider.(3)As long as the consumer's integral value is greater than the price of the product to be purchased regardless of the step-size is high or low,consumers will be preferred to "points" way to redemption.(4)When the value of the consumer's integral value in the hands is less than the price of the product to be purchased,consumers will be preferred to use "points + cash" way to redemption.However,the lower the step-size consumers are much more willing to waitting for enough points and then the greater probability of buying in "points " way.In other words,the greater willingness of consumers to earn points.
