With the improvement of living standards, produce a large number of toxic andhazardous waste electronic products, a great deal of pressure on the environment, thereare a large number of enterprises engaged in waste disposal at present. Government and theindustry requirements enterprise, between enterprises and government data sharing andcollaborative waste disposal, but the enterprise information system isolation, somecompanies even use the traditional manual records, unable to meet the information sharing.To solve this problem, this paper proposes a Web Service based products processing wasteelectrical and electronic systems, waste disposal companies to effectively solve theproblem of low level of information.First, based on real-time interaction with enterprise data sharing needs and current ITtechnology advances on key technologies used in the system XML, Web Service,. NetFramework, etc. are outlined; electronic article on the current domestic waste processingflow for a more detailed the research and analysis of relevant business processes areoptimized; then, based on Web Service technology, using Visio tools modular design ofthe system functions, using ER/Studio data model created using the rapid development oftechnology for the underlying data capabilities unified design; Finally using Visual Studio,SQL Server, Code Smith and other development tools combined with agile developmentprinciples for system implementation. The system uses. Net three-tier structure,independent business function, unified data center service system, can access standardsubsystems.System design has good flexibility and openness, scalability, and follow-up may beadded to a variety of business needs integrated information subsystem, greatly improvingthe efficiency of waste treatment, improve enterprise and between enterprises and betweenthe government data exchange capabilities and ease of business cooperation, protection ofthe environment play a positive role.
