In the rapid development of science and technology today, a variety of electronic products for our life to bring the convenience, add color, everything with each advantage is a disadvantage, at the same time as the electronic product updates faster and the formation of large amounts of electronic waste to our living environment and body health threat, and have a serious waste of resources, so the how to take proper and effective methods of electronic waste recycling is imminent problems. At home and abroad for electronic waste treatment technology has been nearly mature, through crushing, sorting and other pretreatment technology can realize the metal and non-metal roughly separated, and components reuse. But a wide variety of different waste, electronic waste metal component and content of the difference, is not conducive to the electronic rubbish resource maximization, thus electronic waste metal ingredient in fast, efficient quantitative analysis to the whole resource system is very important.Based on the analysis and comparison of the existing domestic and international electronic waste disposal technology and quantitative analysis of metal elements on the basis of the status quo, in support of environmental protection, waste utilization concept, through a large number of survey, put forward by microwave digestion of sample pretreatment, using ICP-OES by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric analysis method of waste circuit board metal Cu and Zn metal quantitative analysis. Experiments Cu and Zn content and related data in the literature are basically the same, the method can get better accuracy, but also has small labor intensity, less reagent dosage, short testing period etc..
