At present,the industrial network interconnection of hybrid transmission of the signal of high stability,strong anti-interference and high real-time requirements,such as industrial gateway is the core of the industrial network and external network connection module,therefore,to study a way to solve the problem of demand in current industrial network gateway is very be necessary.This paper investigates the current research status of industrial network and industrial gateway,and finds that the application of optical wireless technology to industrial gateway can solve these problems well.This paper studies and designs the industrial gateway based on optical wireless technology.The main results are summarized as follows:1.Based on light industrial gateway hardware system of wireless technology,the hardware system MT7620A chip and STM32 chip as the core,contains LoRa,6 lowpan,WiFi optical wireless module,at the same time extend the CAN,RS485,RS232,SFP optical fiber interface,power supply module,etc.The design industry gateway can perform the functions such as optical load mixing transmission,multi-serial port communication and data conversion between multiple protocols.2.SCM-ROF system model is studied,and by subcarrier multiplexing technology for LoRa,61owpan,WiFi three radio frequency signal light load of hybrid transmission method,and designed a kind of the nonlinear distortion in the transport process under the environment of predistortion processing method,finally the feasibility of the method is verified by experiment.3.In the aspect of gateway software system,OpenWrt system building and YPN configuration were first completed,and then a forwarding protocol was designed to realize data exchange between multiple serial ports and TCP/IP protocol.In addition,the data conversion model between CAN,6LoWPAN and TCP/IP is also studied,and the transformation process is designed to realize data conversion between three networks.
