With the ever-changing economy and culture,commodity packaging carries more and more emotional sustenance.The improvement of packaging aesthetics puts forward higher requirements for packaging design.Good packaging design can become a silent endorsement of goods.This requires us to put forward new ideas on personalized packaging.Processing equipment can meet the needs of personalized packaging,such as laser engraving machine can not only be used for processing general products,but also can be used to process personalized products for product packaging.For the engraving equipment,only the plane image can be processed at present,and the problem of recognition accuracy exists.The software and the processing equipment do not match.The procedure for personalizing the packaging is complicated,the limitation is relatively large,and the practical application is limited.The combination of image processing is proposed.To solve the method,in order to maximize the application value of processing equipment.This article through the image processing system design to achieve the image can be directly used for processing equipment to meet the personalized packaging of the product,the specific functions are reflected in the following aspects:(1)Implement the image preprocessing process.The color image needs to be processed into a grayscale image for further image processing,processing the color image with brightness and color into a grayscale image.(2)To achieve hierarchical processing of images.Using MATLAB software to simulate the image grading algorithm presented in this paper,the image can be layered as required,and the layers of the image can be layered.The layered image can be used to synthesize the original image.The image processed by the software is imported into the processing equipment.During the processing of the engraving equipment,processing is performed according to the intensity set in each layer.The processed image has a rich sense of hierarchy and the operation of the planar image tothe three-dimensional object is realized.(3)Setting of processing intensity.The image processing system is used to improve the applicability,recognition degree and processing intensity of the engraving equipment for the graphics.Improve the compatibility of engraving equipment,the user can perform image layering processing of different layers according to his own needs,and import the engraving equipment to set the corresponding processing intensity for processing.The operation is simple and convenient.(4)The research results are used in product packaging.The innovation in structure makes the product creative and interesting,meets the personalized packaging needs of the product,presents visual arts,and conforms to the consumer's purchasing psychology.This article designs the system with the above-mentioned aspects as the research goal,satisfies the recognition degree of the engraving equipment,and obtains the ideal result,which is suitable for popularization in engraving equipment.
