| With the global energy crisis being more intensive, LED as a green, environmentallyfriendly and energy-saving light source has been widly promoted. And the government alsolaunch a series of policies to promote the development of LED industry. The packaging ofLED industry plays an important role in the performance of LED. However, the survey foundthat the automatic level of LED packaging equipment is not high, and PC Based solutionwhich aims for this program is with high cost and low universality. To improve theperformance of control system, this paper present a embedded solution which puts imageprocessing system and motion control system into one single chip with the use of Zynq-7000 All Programmable Soc Platform.At the early stage of development, this Project is developed on a platform which built bya Zedboard demo board and an extension function Board. To achieve the demand forhigh-speed, high-precision, low-impact and a good tracking ability, we study the asymmetrics-shape ace/dec algorithm and a tracing algorithm which based on the two-level interpolationstrategy. Besides, the rough interpolation is based on the time-divided method and the fineinterpolation is based on the least error method. The control methods are analyzed in detail bysimulation with Matlab. Based on that, the algorithms are migrated on Zynq’s processingsystem, along with the real-time OS. And also we set up the experiment platform to do someverification test. In addition, through the logic design we implement the function of highspeed image acquisition, image storage and display. So the controller can used for a largeusage. according to the application which we just transplant different image processingalgorithm.The study of new controller can provide advices for the development of LED autocontrolsystem. And also the controller has a prospect of application. |
