Improvement To Editing Process In CIDP Digital Resource Service Platform Based On Crowdsourcing

Rapid development of internet information technology results in the upheaval in publishing industry.With integrating their own resources,traditional publishers start to be transitioning to digital,and seek new opportunities for development.In May 2015,Chemical Industry Press(CIP)was selected by the State Administration of Press,Publication,Radio,Film and Television to be one of the twenty-eight experimental units of professional digital 1knowledge service model.In order to conform to the trend of digital publishing and explore the transition path of knowledge services,Chemical Industry Press(CIP)sets up CIDP digital resource service platform.The mode of publishing has change from the original paper publication to digital publication,to a certain extent to solve the redundant processes paper-based office,low efficiency of knowledge resources,literature dissemination backward and other issues.But digital publication is still facing the pressure of massive content expansion and iterative updating of knowledge products,lack of human resources and resources gradually obvious,the introduction of innovative approach is imminent.As a new model of open collaborative creation,crowd-sourcing could make full use of the unused social resource,it has been applied extensively in some fields and gained good effects,such as transportation,logistics and translation and so on.Based on this,this paper aims to the practical demands of the CIDP.Putting the crowdsourcing model into the digital editing processing work,using the online communities to resolve the difficulties in publication production processing,in order to publish efficiently and low-cost,produce the knowledge products that cater to the demands of the market and consumers.This paper analyzes crowdsourcing and digital publishing theory first,on the basis of understanding the correlative theories,through the analysis of characteristics and problem of the three publication compiling processes,clearing the necessity and feasibility about the crowdsourcing application.Secondly,decomposing the digital production work of CIDP and selecting feasible crowdsourcing subtask.At the same time,designing crowdsourcing model from task role aspects,the framework and processes facing to digital identification work,writing work and editing work.At the same time,building the quality control measures based on crowdsourcing model design.Furthermore,analyzing copyright management problems of crowdsourcing publications,and gives some suggestions.Finally,in order to test and verify the feasibility of crowdsourcing mode,based on digital identification work,conduct a crowdsourcing pilot to achieve effect evaluation.Crowdsourcing is not only a way to break the predicament of digitization but also an effective way to make use of collective wisdom to carry out knowledge innovation.The innovation of digital publishing process of CIDP gives a positive reference to the development of domestic digital publishing industry.
