This article is intended to research copyright issues of Internet environment from the Internet Publishing, mainly about publishing on the Internet and its network works, copyright and related rights, copyright restrictions.First of all there will be a brief description of the status and significance of research from the copyright in the Internet Publishing. With the rapid development of itself, Internet has brought tremendous challenges to the copyright law. Copyright has been researched by many scholars from some or one of particular areas. As the creation of an independent value of the virtual space by human society, Internet is essentially a new media from the perspective of the publication. Research of copyright could have some new enlightenment from the perspective of Internet Publishing.Part one is an overview of the paper divided into two small parts. One is on the definition, forms, characteristics and development of the Internet publishing for the later discussion of the copyright issues to define the scope of the publication and to lay the groundwork. The other one is some copyright problems of publishing on the Internet. Internet Publishing has a narrow and a broad definition. Under China's current laws it takes the narrow concept of the publication. The forms of Internet Publishing are varied, its classification as a result are many different ways and perspectives. In recent years, the Internet publishing has been rapid development in the world including China. Been different from Paper publishing, and also different from Electronic Publishing, Internet publishing is a new independent publishing form.
