Research Of Copyright Operating On Digital Publishing

As the combining and rapid development of Internet technology and computer sincethe end of last century, a profound reform appeared through the world. As a result, digitalinformation technology completely changed the living and thinking mode of modernpeople. The application of digital technology in the field of culture and media also broughtthe development of the whole cultural industry and intellectual property industry, givingrise to new product, new service and transmission mode, and new ecological pattern.Digital publishing industry is the perfect combining of traditional publishing industryand digital information technology under the background of new technology. It has thespreading advantage of low cost, high efficiency, large-scale and personalized, thus itmore adapted to the information service needs of audience in new era and industrydevelopment trend, and it has been the focus of related industry development practice，such as domestic and foreign cultural industry, information industry, etc.This article systematically analyzed the copyright operation system of publishingindustry under the digital environment. Learning from the advanced foreign copyrightsystem design, it analyzed copyright legislation updating, copyright protection technology,copyright accredit method, copyright operation mode, and many other aspects based onthe development situation of digital transformation in the three publishing fields of ourcountry at present. This paper is divided into four parts. Chapter1is a preface, mainlyintroduced the concept of digital copyright operation; Chapter2discussed the of copyrightoperation condition of digital publishing industry at home and abroad; Chapter3thoroughly analyzed the key elements of copyright operation in digital publishing; Chapter4focused on the digital copyright operation mode of three publishing field, anddemonstrated the opinions of the author.Regarding the "copyright operation" as the core of this article, the author thoroughlystudied the copyright problem from the aspect of the development of digital publishingindustry. The author used the innovation diffusion theory to analyze and summarize thevarious copyright operation condition of the digital publishing industry at present, exploredthe common characteristic of them, in order to make breakthrough and innovation in theresearch of this aspect in theoretical level.
