Since the 1960s environmental issues have gradually been brought into the political agenda.In recent years,in our country the society pay more and more attention to the frequent environmental events and the risks of environment.Environmental issues have an important value in public issues.The discussion of environment is not only confined to the interior of Ecological Discourse,but environment is also a rhetorics,a process,which refers to deeper social discourse.The study of environmental communication is to examine the system,rights;fairness and justice behind the environment.However,it is an undisputable fact that the generation of environmental discourse is largely dependent on environmental NGOs,at present.However,this non-governmental environmental communication discourse is always in a passive and difficult defensive state.With the rise of the We-Media,everyone are even willing to participate in the communication.The discourse of environmental communication seems to made greater space in the discourse pattern dominated by industrial discourse.This article analyses the features of Environmental Communication on four environmental non-governmental organizations,including "Greenpeace","Green River",'Shanshui Conservation Center",and "Friends of Nature" on Sina micro-blog and WeChat public platform,by using contents analysis during March,2017 to May,2017.First,this article analyses various characteristics of the environment communication in the two We-Media platforms in China.Besides,the ENGO can create "Terrorist" discourse and framework to build environment issues,on the basis of relative theoretical researches from home and abroad.Moreover,the ENGO acquires Image Supremacy by the form of Visual Rhetorics.This article aims to discuss the discourse of environmental communication in order to improve the effect of communication.
