Study Of Chinese Book History In Taiwan Since 1980

The research on Chinese book history in Taiwan has its own developing sequence.Its contents relate to printing and collection related to traditional philology;At the same time,influenced by the theories and the methods of book history study in the west,There are a lot of discussions about cultural dissemination,mass consumption.In this paper,the studies on Chinese book history in Taiwan since 1980 are reviewed and commented.The characteristics of the research on Chinese book history in Taiwan is discussed on this paper.Scholars in mainland China can draw on the experience of Taiwan in the study of Chinese book history.This paper is composed of an introduction and three parts.The introduction includes three aspects:the reason of choosing the topic,research scope and method,and previous studies.The text includes three parts,that is,Review of overseas Book History theories and treatises in Taiwan since 1980,Research productions of Chinese book history in Taiwan since 1980,The characteristics of the study of Chinese book history in Taiwan since 1980.The first part has analyzed and introduced the theoretical works of Book History and the translation and review of overseas book history studies in Taiwan since 1980.The second part reviews the classification of chinese book history research in Taiwan since 1980.This part is divided into three directions,namely,"printing and publishing","book collection history achievement" and "reading history achievement".The commentary on the achievements of printing and publishing has been divided into the general treatises;the history of publishing divide in Dynasty and regions;thematic of book publication;print and the relationship between pictures and words;publishing culture.Among them,the section of thematic of book publication is divided into 3 parts:the book of imperial examination,the spread of entertainment,and the publication of the Popular Encyclopedias.The section ofprint and the relationship between pictures and words is divided into 2 parts:the background of development and the research characteristics of various types of print;The section of publishing culture divided into 3 parts:commercial publishing;tourism,religion,Brothel culture publishing;and the communication about Chinese publishing and foreign publishing.Commentary on the history of book collection,analyzed the article of book collection of Chinese book history studies in Taiwan,and its characteristics are discussed.The review of the achievements ofreading history,analyses the articles about reading history on the relevant parts in Chinese book history in Taiwan,and discusses the rough features of its development in Taiwan since 1980.The third part is the summary of the characteristics of Chinese book history study in Taiwan since 1980.It is composed of three parts of:the study process of Chinese book history in Taiwan,the characteristics of the study,and the enlightenment to the study of Chinese book history study in mainland China.In addition,there are three appendices in this paper.Appendix I is A list of doctoral dissertations on the history of Chinese books in Taiwan since 1980;Appendix ? is A list of research papers on Chinese Book History in Taiwan since1980;appendix three is a list of books on the history of Chinese books in Taiwan since 1980.
