As the development of our country social economy, the personnel and the cargo transportation scale increases, the sole transport mode can't meet the need of increasing transport demand, which changes day by day, the request synthesis transport mode can sovle the problem that the supply exceeds the demand. This article is proposed under this backgrounds, and its objective is the design of the integrated transport management system to solve that problem.This article has analyzed synthetically the meaning of integrated transport system, and also has introduced the essential technology of transport management system, GPS, GIS, GSM and GPRS, which is based on the integrated transport management system to realize the objective. This article analyzed the demand of system business with the transportation operation flow, and made an exact system demand analysis. In addition, this article has designed the system structure, the function structure, interface, database and system running of integrated transport management system.In the end, this article introduced the usual path optimization algorithm, aimed at the problem of vehicle path optimization, this article has analyzed this problem and established the mathematical model, which has realized the path optimization based on Ant Group Algorithm. This article has compared the Ant Group Algorithm with Simulated Annealing Algorithm, and analyzed the algorithm essential parameter to the algorithm result influence.
