With the rapid development of electronic commerce, the scale of online shoppinglogistics business becomes larger and larger. As an important part of online logistics, urban logistics distribution services present dynamic variety in the aspects of customerdemands and forms of distribution services with the unceasing change of marketenvironment, traffic environment and so on. And in the process of logistics distributionservice, because of the dispersivity and limitation of the service resources such astransportation vehicles, the quality and efficiency of the logistics distribution servicesare restricted. Therefore, efficient and reasonable scheduling strategy is one of theeffective ways to improve the quality of urban logistics distribution services, meetcustomer demands, improve the service resource utilization and decrease the cost oflogistics distribution services. At present, a lot of logistics enterprise do the schedulingartificially, which leads to the problem of low utilization of service resources and highcost of transportation. So this paper do the works in the following aspects:Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of urban logistics distributionbusiness, expounds the network model of logistics distribution used in the study in thispaper. Various resources involved in the process of logistics distribution are describedand defined, and related resources of distribution service are integrated, providing basicsupport for scheduling the transportation resources of distribution.Secondly, combined with the characteristics of urban logistics distribution, thispaper analyzes the problems of scheduling transportation resources and allocation of thewaybills in the business of logistics distribution. Aimed at the problem of low utilizationof service resources and high cost of distribution service, this paper designs andimplements a scheduling algorithm based on artificial bee colony algorithm. Specificexperiments are be done to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm and thecomparison with the genetic algorithm also proves the stability and the effectiveness.Thirdly, during the execution of logistics distribution services, there are oftendynamic customer demands occurring, which lead to the problem that it can not reachthe optimal cost if the original plan is still carried out. This paper analyzes such problemwith dynamic demands, and establishes a corresponding mathematical model, and thenschedules the problem again after transferring the problem to a static one, whichachieves the goal of responsing to customer’s demand changes in time and adjustingdistribution service quickly. Finally, based on the study of the scheduling problem of service resource in thelogistics distribution business, this paper analyzes the related demands of urban logistics scheduling system, completes the design of functional module and database, anddevelopers the modules on the basic of design. At last, the logistics distributionscheduling system is completed and tested.
