Design And Implementation Of A Logistic Service Management System Based On Work Flow Technology

With the rapid development of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.To enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise itself is the root of enterprise development.Using modern information technology to improve the management and service quality of enterprises is the only way to the development of enterprises,to realize the efficient management of enterprise administrative business information,to improve work efficiency,in order to meet the urgent needs of rapid development of enterprises.This thesis combines the application demand of enterprise administrative service management,adopts ASP.NET frame and workflow technology,combs the business flow process of the enterprise administrative service management,designs and completes the conference room management,the material management,the vehicle management,the design completes the meeting room management,the material management,the vehicle management.Document management and system management five application functions.The use case diagram,class diagram and activity diagram of each module are designed by using UML technology.Conference room management support the use of visual and intuitive way to book conference rooms,to query the practical situation of the conference room.Material management support based on workflow technology to achieve the application,use,tracking,return and so on.The vehicle management function is realized.Efficient management of application,approval and follow-up of the use of the enterprise administrative office vehicle.Document management functions complete the receipt,circulation,transmission,archiving and traceability of enterprise documents.System management implements system privilege allocation,role definition,personnel management and log management.The function and performance of the system are tested in this thesis.The function of enterprise administrative service management meets the requirements of enterprise service application,and achieves the purpose of efficiently managing and deploying enterprise administrative assets and personnel working efficiency.
