Based On The.Net Platform And Workflow Technology Of EHR Management System Research And Implementation

With the rapid development of Internet and the arrival of economicalglobalization， the competition of enterprise’s became more and more intense. In order to solve these problems this paper introduced the design of asystem based on the.net platform and workflow technology, efficient managementsystem eHR The main effects are as follows:(1) Study the main principle, characteristics and the effect for eHR systemconstruction of Web services,.net development platform and frame, XML,workflow technology’s,etc(2)The analysis of deficiency of existing Workflow in modeling MechanismSystem (WfMS). the research of the feasibility and advantages in adoption of ECArules and UML activity diagrams in workflow process activities modeling, and thenuse it in customization of eHR system flow, thus achieving the automationcirculation of eHR system business process;(3)Design and implement an eHR system, what’s more,it had a successfulapplication in the salt industry group in Hunan province, and achieved practicaleffect.The paper using the improved workflow technology to optimization theenterprise eHR management system, improve the efficiency of management of the eHR system, through the studies on the business process modeling technology,provides enterprises with very important knowledge base and rules storage, It hasbecome a guiding enterprise information management model and also can helped a lotin other company’s construction of eHR system.
