With the rapid development of science and technology,automation has gradually penetrated into various fields.In the electronics manufacturing industry,the patch placement machine technology has completely replaced human manual welding.Nowadays,most of the popular patch placement machines are designed for large batch manufacturers.The price is higher.It is not suitable for small batch manufacturers.A part of patch placement machine has some defects in the structure.In response to this situation,design and implementation of a small simple,moderate price,structural optimization,stable and secure patch placement machine.The system structure of the whole patch machine is redesigned on the basis of the analysis of the deficiency of the current patch placement machine.The whole system is divided into three subsystems: the frame system of the patch placement machine,the control system of the patch placement machine and the interface of the upper computer.The design of patch placement machine structure focuses on optimizing the machine structure and selecting the related basic equipment.The structural design includes the overall structure and layout of equipment,the nozzle design and placement machine feeder structure design.The basic equipment includes the stepper motor models and drivers,pulse-compensated closed-loop controller.The structural design aims at optimizing the structure,make the layout reasonable,increasing the stability and safety of the system.The design of the control system of the patch placement machine includes the selection of 32 bit machine STM32F407 VE as the main controller.Designing related peripheral circuits and using state machine conversion ideas to complete the logic control of the stepper motor.With the stepper motor four-level control structure optimization programming to improve the accuracy of motor control and reduce the placement error.The upper computer interface is programmed using the C++ language.It is developed based on the MFC class library.The system includes chain data structure storage,file IO operations,custom packet structure,the using of advanced controls and the system based on serial communication and using MSComm control to finish the communication with the controller.Add On Drop File message to achieve the file dragging and On Timer,Set Timer message to achieve automatic data transmission and feedback mechanism.With the various subsystems of the test and the overall test,the results show that the frame system designed in this project has realized the predetermined function,which can mount patch devices such as resistance,capacitance steadily and accurately.
