There are all activities in the field of information society, from daily life,production practices to the scientific research, everyone can not be without detection, modern testing methods largely determine the level of the production and scientific skills, and the development of scientific and technological has provided new theoretical foundation and the manufacturing process for the detection, at the same time,requires better detection technology than before.Stepper motor is very convenient ,that can directly receive digital signals without the D/A conversion.Stepper motor is the implementation of commonly used parts in the automatic control system, however,people require better performance nowtime . In the paper,Sunplus SPMC75 is selected as MCU, which is a special class MCU with rich peripherals,powerful processing capabilities,numerous I/O interfaces, can meet to control motor and process displacement feedback. MCU can output square waves to control stepper motor by the I/O port, signal can make the motor run through the drive; incremental encoder feedback the displacement information of stepper motor to the Sunplus SCM., then achieve USB communicate with the host computer through PDIUSBD12 ,use VB language to produce visual interface and display the output results .
